Lemont senior games to be held next month

The Lemont S.A.L.T. organization and the Lemont Park District are inviting men and women 55 years and older to participate in the first annual S.A.L.T. Senior Games.

Those interested in participating can register to participate in swimming, 3-on-3 basketball, free throw contest, walking, running, stationary biking, bean bag tournament, bridge, dancing and more.

All seniors must register for the events the wish to participate in. Rules and regulations will be distributed to athletes at the time of registration.
